You just need a styrofoam wreath and a bunch of Flag toothpicks.
I used five packages of Flags to make this wreath. Each package contained 125 Flags - thus the carpel tunnel syndrome. I worked on this wreath on and off for days while I watched Wimbledon.
The directions said to keep adding flags until you could no longer see any white. I seriously felt that I could have added another package of Flags - but I ran out of Flags and didn't have the energy to go to the store to buy more. I am going to hang my wreath tomorrow with a big red satin ribbon.
