I Love Making Fruit Tarts

I decided to use my rectangle tart pan to make my fruit tart!

Each time I make a fruit tart - I use a different combination of fresh fruit.  While the crust is baking I wash and cut the fruit and make the filling.

Under the labels section on the right hand side - click on fruit tart. This will bring you to the recipe.

This would make a wonderful dessert to bring to a BBQ or serve for Mother's Day.
