I bought the Peppermint Slims at Trader Joe's and packaged them in pretzel bags and found some candy cane striped ribbon in my craft box.
These are so yummy!
It only took me about 10 minutes to make fifteen treat bags.
Don't these look cute? They would be a great party favor!
