1. Simplify - Less is More.
2. Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
3. Drink more Water.
4. Get more Sleep.
5. Go for a Daily Walk or Bike Ride.
6. Work on my Posture. I really need to focus on Standing up Straight.
