Chocolate Brown Felt Bunnies

I have been making chocolate brown felt bunny sachets. These would be a wonderful Easter gift. I find it so relaxing to sew the the bunnies.

I cut the bunnies out of brown felt and used a cookie cutter to make the pattern. Sew the bunny with a contrasting thread, I used light pink embroidery thread.

I just use a running stitch and fill the bunnies with dried lavender and rosemary from my garden. They smell so fresh.

At first I was going to add eyes and a pom pom for the nose - but then I decided that the bunnies actually look cuter plain.

If you don't have time to dry herbs to make sachets - you could add beans or rice and devise a bean bag toss game to play on Easter.
