S'more Lollipops

If you have a fire pit in your backyard (yes, I have a fire pit) you always have marshmallows, chocolate bars and graham crackers in your pantry.

My kids love S'mores. So I decided to experiment with S'more lollipops.

First I mashed a baggie full of graham crackers with a kitchen mallet.

Then I put lollipop sticks in the middle of each marshmallow.

I put the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and melted some chocolate.

I coated about half the marshmallow in chocolate.

Then I rolled the chocolate covered marshmallow in the graham cracker crumbs.

My kids loved them!
