I made the kids in my 5th grade Religion class these boxes of m&m's. I wrapped the box of m&m's in white paper and added the Gospel reading that we are studying this week. The grape stickers add that little extra touch.<br />

<br />
Lately I have been making bacon wrapped dates every chance I get! They are so easy to make and make a perfect appetizer.<br />
<br />
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
dates (with pits removed)<br />
<br />
goat cheese<br />
<br />
bacon<br />
<br />
toothpicks<br />
<br />
brown sugar<br />
<br />
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.<br />
<b><br /></b>
Stuff each date with a small amount of goat cheese.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2ybS6g39Qrp7-UnxOJUiikU9aPdD_8qYhiVANdi2or0kp8jVE0q727EdJJQaO22Jp1U7dPLazh2tWpYrlpeCjg_7VFTkN-2-Zk8lUlyU_nK3StJ2QjQFn_PyZIfR55TJvvohpVaZL8Psw/s1600/IMG_6623.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2ybS6g39Qrp7-UnxOJUiikU9aPdD_8qYhiVANdi2or0kp8jVE0q727EdJJQaO22Jp1U7dPLazh2tWpYrlpeCjg_7VFTkN-2-Zk8lUlyU_nK3StJ2QjQFn_PyZIfR55TJvvohpVaZL8Psw/s400/IMG_6623.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Cut each piece of bacon in half. Wrap the bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Place the bacon wrapped dates into the pre-heated oven on a large cookie sheet for 7 minutes. Remove the dates and sprinkle each date with a little brown sugar and return to the oven for another 7 minutes.</div>

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My April has been so busy. I hosted Easter Sunday dinner for my husbands family. I bought a new car. I hosted a baby shower for my good friends daughter-in-law. I entered a tennis tournament. My neighborhood only allows a community garage sale once every two years. So I got rid of some furniture, clothes and kitchen items. My son decided on an out of state college. And I have been super busy teaching my 5th grade Religion class. I am looking forward to May. </div>

<br />
Today I had the choice of teaching about Earth Day or The Good Shepard in Religion class. I decided to teach a little bit about both subjects.<br />
<br />
So I made some Earth Day cookies for the snack. They are really simple to make. Make your favorite sugar cookie mix. Then dye half of the dough green.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrr1-KEXSKYZKlxAFpr1nWBqamyyasnRWc8pvdA_9mNvqoSCdDh5IfWLp8nZzo9T2qGpIbCwCdrgANimw-N-RL_K33KgRgHDSd6uh3_hCTliUJQaQdXeKX3iFB15gL0IJPSPkgzGAEyhzN/s1600/IMG_6595.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrr1-KEXSKYZKlxAFpr1nWBqamyyasnRWc8pvdA_9mNvqoSCdDh5IfWLp8nZzo9T2qGpIbCwCdrgANimw-N-RL_K33KgRgHDSd6uh3_hCTliUJQaQdXeKX3iFB15gL0IJPSPkgzGAEyhzN/s320/IMG_6595.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Then dye the other half of the dough blue. I used gel food coloring.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgV3dhbOnyS5wk2VNzJB_NPyGBim7ApTkdlpiAobjPPq9cWK0uxWv29jwotXVv3bO1Xr-aswQvYpfejWN79FwkVc9zQMNGraU72-R1HqdVTCd_AJVTUK1Y4bqx9pIL5Y-Zjr9-ygMPcmsgR/s1600/IMG_6597.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgV3dhbOnyS5wk2VNzJB_NPyGBim7ApTkdlpiAobjPPq9cWK0uxWv29jwotXVv3bO1Xr-aswQvYpfejWN79FwkVc9zQMNGraU72-R1HqdVTCd_AJVTUK1Y4bqx9pIL5Y-Zjr9-ygMPcmsgR/s400/IMG_6597.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Grab a piece of green dough and a piece of blue dough and roll into a ball. Bake according to your recipes directions.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPLGcajJZkbvfWoSy7MO8Do-kRDiRXBloafDpgpD-zwKVlaUw4m3POymXFfmdP4QMrj1i3jLntx9NcsWf7TC_FU7JZYJiIdskv0ip4iL1KFvpUzG1iMwdhYW9vrTM9bEytvj8fontZfyNM/s1600/IMG_6599.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPLGcajJZkbvfWoSy7MO8Do-kRDiRXBloafDpgpD-zwKVlaUw4m3POymXFfmdP4QMrj1i3jLntx9NcsWf7TC_FU7JZYJiIdskv0ip4iL1KFvpUzG1iMwdhYW9vrTM9bEytvj8fontZfyNM/s400/IMG_6599.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Then for the craft we made The Lord is My Shepard craft. The kids loved the craft and some of the kids in the class are very artistic.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvyFmi1NJjxMWsciOkrbU4h75DBtnskGtQA7DNUpAmvJae57uCbIzKgcKYMpRcUo3ju0MPErbow6lnWbXq-ovpaxdp8xwZbHfeJKrokMnL8zCI6VrVZvyPZdM5jYCy0ZcT1Wm51U02B8Em/s1600/IMG_6607.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvyFmi1NJjxMWsciOkrbU4h75DBtnskGtQA7DNUpAmvJae57uCbIzKgcKYMpRcUo3ju0MPErbow6lnWbXq-ovpaxdp8xwZbHfeJKrokMnL8zCI6VrVZvyPZdM5jYCy0ZcT1Wm51U02B8Em/s400/IMG_6607.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
We glued all different sized pearls on the sheep.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVq6d1lieGC4jNC0wEZJw6UB_SbV0CWezspL7ZPf47zc1YjDU7odVV3wkcYj94Ozk3IiJLVlhYWkReO8Z9vIX1lLxx0At9QfkCPMcfHmFy_Z1SuQ2GTFUt1knd57rTSzMH0-DzAFQk97yE/s1600/IMG_6605.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVq6d1lieGC4jNC0wEZJw6UB_SbV0CWezspL7ZPf47zc1YjDU7odVV3wkcYj94Ozk3IiJLVlhYWkReO8Z9vIX1lLxx0At9QfkCPMcfHmFy_Z1SuQ2GTFUt1knd57rTSzMH0-DzAFQk97yE/s400/IMG_6605.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

I made some homemade soap for a baby shower party favor. The soap was super simple to make and decorate.<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>Goats milk soap bar</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Sharp knife</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Pyrex measuring cup</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Soap molds</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Fresh rosemary</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Lemon zest from large lemons</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Parchment paper</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Scissors</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Twine</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Paper roses</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Glue gun and glue sticks</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
Place some fresh rosemary into each soap mold.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipWtxG9uOYm5mOIiVt4vyx9xIyYucaIPpDbNPMxQD5O_PXTXv7bs8bWmWMHJlRTcCoYSkGyV-mHFCN1szXd1DkmiWi6DhnpzGs7nKNhOL36eN4C7Q56bsd0Bal8qtoRhy1MLN_BXVb30A9/s1600/IMG_6582.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipWtxG9uOYm5mOIiVt4vyx9xIyYucaIPpDbNPMxQD5O_PXTXv7bs8bWmWMHJlRTcCoYSkGyV-mHFCN1szXd1DkmiWi6DhnpzGs7nKNhOL36eN4C7Q56bsd0Bal8qtoRhy1MLN_BXVb30A9/s400/IMG_6582.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Cut the goats milk bar into chunks and microwave in 30 second intervals. Once the soap is melted stir in the lemon zest. And pour the lemon zest soap into the molds.<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Quick tips - I placed the molds on a large kitchen towel. And the goats milk soap base is sold at Michael's and Hobby Lobby.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Once the soap is completely hard. Pop the soap bar out of the mold.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The soap smells awesome.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3sBoeEbDQV_gUgQkhQHctxiSow6NmbTgP20OJpQv1DVTi-nHdiIRxazXCwoX4JEU2HfGcZ_IUzRPhiB2kgNk7T4xSWqAftzEV89c0cf8QJYEKUmw5wIz-QaYohXnaLsNKX_l_eFgWF2Gz/s1600/IMG_6588.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3sBoeEbDQV_gUgQkhQHctxiSow6NmbTgP20OJpQv1DVTi-nHdiIRxazXCwoX4JEU2HfGcZ_IUzRPhiB2kgNk7T4xSWqAftzEV89c0cf8QJYEKUmw5wIz-QaYohXnaLsNKX_l_eFgWF2Gz/s400/IMG_6588.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Once the soap is ready to be packaged - start cutting parchment paper into strips. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7-7PgamHUew8dRBFMDXQM5q4kO3292Tskmingugga1NkazoW9uFenId0Tj3Lyy-tDimil5ILBVtTgyPhuRGRmAxN8BbuK-RfnP3HCJdoJQ-SbnuawTkn97T6Jf5D673WmIuM8bWxOs5Cc/s1600/IMG_6591.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7-7PgamHUew8dRBFMDXQM5q4kO3292Tskmingugga1NkazoW9uFenId0Tj3Lyy-tDimil5ILBVtTgyPhuRGRmAxN8BbuK-RfnP3HCJdoJQ-SbnuawTkn97T6Jf5D673WmIuM8bWxOs5Cc/s400/IMG_6591.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Wrap the parchment paper around the soap then wrap the twine around the bar of soap several times.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYknS75-hPRsZA7TO5ohTOrBwYxoqIoLdnTrCAHIPdfmHyTcFleDptm9XM2H3obXguBGDIb_s7wU60W4CIdxSWQiq9JD17vDW08aqXK2fdMSEzfEB6UYIGxlR7aKJr4bvWqiAfND8zzrId/s1600/IMG_6593.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYknS75-hPRsZA7TO5ohTOrBwYxoqIoLdnTrCAHIPdfmHyTcFleDptm9XM2H3obXguBGDIb_s7wU60W4CIdxSWQiq9JD17vDW08aqXK2fdMSEzfEB6UYIGxlR7aKJr4bvWqiAfND8zzrId/s400/IMG_6593.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Then hot glue the paper flower onto the twine knot. These bars of soap would also make a wonderful hostess gift.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I am going to put these on a table by the front door. I have an empty picture frame and I am going to write in it "from our shower to yours."</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

I painted some Saint Patrick peg dolls for my Religion class.<br />

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Because Saint Patrick used the three leaf clover to teach the Holy Trinity - I wrapped Three Musketeer bars in green paper and added all different sizes of three leaf clover stickers.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I also had some worksheets and I bought the kids three leaf clover pens to complete the worksheets - but I forgot to take pictures.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Happy Saint Patrick's Day!</div>

<br />
I made some John 3:16 patches and glued them on a paper wrapped Hershey bar for my 5th grade Religion class this week.<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>flat candy bar (I used a Hershey bar)</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>thick white wrapping paper</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>tape</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>scissors</i><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>tan felt</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>brown felt</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>drinking glasses (to trace)</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>brown or black pen</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>brown embroidery thread</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>white embroidery thread</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>cross bead or button</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I wrapped a bunch of Hershey bars with thick white wrapping paper. I like to leave the edges showing.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Using a glass trace circles onto tan felt. Write John 3:16 with a black or brown pen leaving room for a cross bead.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXEq_NKQNj7WjjCjhweOUq8E75yEkWMfDbxjKgLjhIs4vfCad7Dz9ZINJgeGTbWEtC9pmDI3u1PwWHkg8SMT2IZtmFOnZlTyGUrAdxZUoh-jC3KGMf2hkKdbr9T9CTRhdWc3-HF3ddrsiO/s1600/IMG_6545.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXEq_NKQNj7WjjCjhweOUq8E75yEkWMfDbxjKgLjhIs4vfCad7Dz9ZINJgeGTbWEtC9pmDI3u1PwWHkg8SMT2IZtmFOnZlTyGUrAdxZUoh-jC3KGMf2hkKdbr9T9CTRhdWc3-HF3ddrsiO/s400/IMG_6545.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Sew over the writing with brown embroidery thread and sew a cross bead in the middle. Then sew the tan circle onto a larger dark brown circle with white thread in a running stitch.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOidwJ-esAo4JBvOzV0RGjNqL-IrQFF5Y47lndTCABPcCLDDYolf7Dh_GSwdBS2CSPAnWTp8l_R5GosFUCFvFpR08wxa4xToyqWsRK1UF5K4IcQ-LRS4cWICI1G-Dcqn3V6uOWTlBHPatk/s1600/IMG_6546.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOidwJ-esAo4JBvOzV0RGjNqL-IrQFF5Y47lndTCABPcCLDDYolf7Dh_GSwdBS2CSPAnWTp8l_R5GosFUCFvFpR08wxa4xToyqWsRK1UF5K4IcQ-LRS4cWICI1G-Dcqn3V6uOWTlBHPatk/s400/IMG_6546.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I think they came out super cute! These patches could also be made into bookmarks by simply sewing a long piece of ribbon on the back.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I wrapped the Hershey bar with white wrapping paper. Then added a praying hands charm with a silver ribbon bow. </div>

I think they came out super cute - but since I was making 50 a deleted a few steps. Also because I was making 50 peg dolls I ordered them from Amazon.<br />

<br />
Paint the body with two coats of yellow paint. Let the paint dry in between coats.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Using a sharp pencil draw the zig zag shape on the middle of the body. If you have extra time the zig zag could be moved up and a small black band could be painted on the bottom which would replicate shorts. Because I was making 50 I skipped the shorts step.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Using the black paint and a very thin teeny tiny paint brush paint inside the pencil zig zag lines. This took a really long time. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx05C5zFkJOofVfDwU_yvPat15iBdR5Pmtyp7Nb3gOug0ZojJom3BlmC3XpNhZ-FS-R-w64Y9UFx2gIc38JQCPgqUIXv1kMSa0u5i8tGadVQWPIEs21HuevuztuKCHH3v6Lr360q8Tr1dE/s1600/IMG_6467.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx05C5zFkJOofVfDwU_yvPat15iBdR5Pmtyp7Nb3gOug0ZojJom3BlmC3XpNhZ-FS-R-w64Y9UFx2gIc38JQCPgqUIXv1kMSa0u5i8tGadVQWPIEs21HuevuztuKCHH3v6Lr360q8Tr1dE/s400/IMG_6467.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Another step I skipped was painting the head with flesh toned paint. I used a fine tip black Sharpie to draw the face directly onto the wooden head.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Lately I have been sewing a lot of Meals on Wheels projects with felt and I wanted to do something different. And I do love a little peg doll. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I am going to bring these to the Meals on Wheels office tomorrow and then start working on a March themed party favor.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
God Bless all of the Meals on Wheels volunteers! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
The lesson this week was on the "fishers of men." So I made a graham cracker with goldfish snack for the kids. I used a cinnamon graham cracker - yum!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCZI6Zf0gB_-3O2hwWyzlM5cXnb8z4iGyUFZ2AyqQTD9ZLIeI4KTAauJucUB19LV5qqqs-3qAuKadTtfhZspEbJUPxk6tZHY-52OJiJ8vOyhGz8sxqLHiKci3b-ENONwdr4DHL-livIH7z/s1600/IMG_6444.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCZI6Zf0gB_-3O2hwWyzlM5cXnb8z4iGyUFZ2AyqQTD9ZLIeI4KTAauJucUB19LV5qqqs-3qAuKadTtfhZspEbJUPxk6tZHY-52OJiJ8vOyhGz8sxqLHiKci3b-ENONwdr4DHL-livIH7z/s320/IMG_6444.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
I had a coloring sheet for the kids.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8Z7DM4NuVTgFMQ-RUTl8Mc4LI5__H8Q07zVOXyMy2s6uLpWuvMPG6dsnyGcpRt8nW3of3mLUVHbkXfZhn9PU5JBarldbCLssSmZtPBFRItSnnRJkac9sLfeQqlMS70LQ-5ASojnKz5AdC/s1600/IMG_6445.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8Z7DM4NuVTgFMQ-RUTl8Mc4LI5__H8Q07zVOXyMy2s6uLpWuvMPG6dsnyGcpRt8nW3of3mLUVHbkXfZhn9PU5JBarldbCLssSmZtPBFRItSnnRJkac9sLfeQqlMS70LQ-5ASojnKz5AdC/s400/IMG_6445.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
And I found a word search.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
And another coloring sheet.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We wrote Bible verses on one side of the card stock fish. On the other side we glued colored tissue paper.</div>

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I had a bunch of gray card stock - so I cut out bunch of fish and then cut a ton of colored tissue paper into little squares. The kids really enjoyed the craft. I have a picture on instagram of a few more fish. Instagram account roommom27_teresa_steele.</div>

Baked apples are a wonderful treat and they are so easy to make!<br />
<br />
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>apples</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>1/4 cup brown sugar per apple</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>1/2 teaspoon cinnamon per apple</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts per apple</i><br />

<i>1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries per apple</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>1 pad of butter per apple</i><br />
<i><br /></i>

<br />
Mother Teresa said "I am a small pencil in God's hand" so since we are learning about Mother Teresa this week in Religion class I made the kids some pencil cookies.<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>wafer cookies in cream or yellow</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>pink chocolate tabs</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>white chocolate tabs</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>mini chocolate chips</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
Using a sharp knife on a cutting board cut one of the ends into a point.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpkG4d6yo4mbXhX9FKuOBKjg0Qgq5S-z3XAnYohYhRGkgvaAilAj0mfZj8QF7A0yv0l7JdFfH3g9fCuba0YLAxlAxpdgKajpPXQu7lGTCDu4N2syu7Fc8g6ciSKUM68YL9ZajqLB1WfE6T/s1600/IMG_6428.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpkG4d6yo4mbXhX9FKuOBKjg0Qgq5S-z3XAnYohYhRGkgvaAilAj0mfZj8QF7A0yv0l7JdFfH3g9fCuba0YLAxlAxpdgKajpPXQu7lGTCDu4N2syu7Fc8g6ciSKUM68YL9ZajqLB1WfE6T/s400/IMG_6428.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Spread out a piece of parchment paper and melt the white chocolate tabs.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Dip the pointed end into the white chocolate and place a mini chocolate chip on the end. Place the wafer cookie on the parchment paper to set.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Melt some pink chocolate and dip the square end into the pink chocolate. Set the cookie back onto the parchment paper. </div>

<br />
Each month I teach the kids in my Religion class about a Saint. And Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta is a really fun Saint for the kids to learn about.<br />
<br />
I am making the kids pencil cookies for a snack and these Rolo pencils for a take home treat. When I made these pencils for my kids classrooms I used to write No. 2 on the side of the pencil with a black Sharpie.<br />
<br />
I can't decide if I should write Mother Teresa on the side of the pencil or leave it blank. What to do?<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>Rolo's</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Hershey Kisses</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Glue dots</i><br />
<br />
<i>Double stick tape</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Scissors</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Yellow card stock</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Pink card stock</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Ruler</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Pencil</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Pinking shears</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Thin silver ribbon</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Glue gun and glue sticks</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>Trim the little Hershey tag off the kiss with scissors.<br />
<br />

<br />
Cut the yellow card stock into 4 1/2" x 4" pieces. Cut one of the shorter (4-inch) sides with pinking shears.<br />

<br />
I love how my Saint Lucy turned out! She looks even cuter in person. I am teaching a Religion class on her feast day (December 13th) and I am going to teach the children about Saint Lucia.<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>lady peg dolls</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>white paint</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>yellow paint</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>flesh tone paint</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>small paint brushes</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>fine tip black Sharpie pen</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>green wire pine or green pipe cleaner</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>yellow toothpicks</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>piece of Styrofoam</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>hot glue and glue gun</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>thin red ribbon</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
Paint the body in two coats of white paint. Take care and make sure the first coat is dry before painting the second coat.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimqqpr5S3c9aCC-ocfeUz_EZB4O4DCitZqi_vMMhs1pbunJfjS-V94z2KS2k998eLAOs657sNUyCwSlouI1B9_eJH7eUtXH5c9faFmVgYBlgOsnJ46-yb2slHQ1qr_ioPoZLbzti88bDz0/s1600/IMG_6355.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimqqpr5S3c9aCC-ocfeUz_EZB4O4DCitZqi_vMMhs1pbunJfjS-V94z2KS2k998eLAOs657sNUyCwSlouI1B9_eJH7eUtXH5c9faFmVgYBlgOsnJ46-yb2slHQ1qr_ioPoZLbzti88bDz0/s400/IMG_6355.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Paint the head with flesh tone paint.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy3opLFi6r54C5W-_O9EMRWrbqdGXLGsZdclMvo2hjR1bfwfy4c40pjEbvkzcWGnj445ZZsAnD_pzdrg0jmisOWax7EqRltnG2N6vCs-9Jh5poDPciYautd4997U2Mr2yHmGTCc_6lyNVs/s1600/IMG_6363.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" height="213" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy3opLFi6r54C5W-_O9EMRWrbqdGXLGsZdclMvo2hjR1bfwfy4c40pjEbvkzcWGnj445ZZsAnD_pzdrg0jmisOWax7EqRltnG2N6vCs-9Jh5poDPciYautd4997U2Mr2yHmGTCc_6lyNVs/s320/IMG_6363.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Draw eyes and mouth with the black Sharpie. Then paint the hair in yellow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbtj3ZbntiUC7y4lDfUNH9N4AuxLVaydZPgZZzz3LX1txa_URmLoyxDZeiP-oLFcrxH1k5S8eDCj_oZu16LV_kcxkzSGTniWL8AbxF9jAg2g_2v69CrInj7QI47ipgnUug-g82LX4baVD6/s1600/IMG_6366.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbtj3ZbntiUC7y4lDfUNH9N4AuxLVaydZPgZZzz3LX1txa_URmLoyxDZeiP-oLFcrxH1k5S8eDCj_oZu16LV_kcxkzSGTniWL8AbxF9jAg2g_2v69CrInj7QI47ipgnUug-g82LX4baVD6/s400/IMG_6366.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
The hair style doesn't need to be perfect because a wreath is going to be glued to her head.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjStTGYIHDW_wK9vOokSYDrT5DkbKa6-Jmm-jVydUVz9ttx0BqqzS40OWGyvaB9FflhjUgdU-I3F0q0v-t__Qgn_z_7mMsTVf69LZy8qUTQ4ElMH247jlexA3HQeCZcMSAsXg24ai35xJTn/s1600/IMG_6369.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjStTGYIHDW_wK9vOokSYDrT5DkbKa6-Jmm-jVydUVz9ttx0BqqzS40OWGyvaB9FflhjUgdU-I3F0q0v-t__Qgn_z_7mMsTVf69LZy8qUTQ4ElMH247jlexA3HQeCZcMSAsXg24ai35xJTn/s400/IMG_6369.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Hot glue a thin red ribbon around her waist. Then hot glue a small red bow in the front.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjRk-nu1YbB4fsMw6d3xglHu_YZNujZTmqdY3mHb4kQNzdL-ZN5qq7suPQ99MnEWm2eyf-5PDT1rE607GQQio1vs-LyUKFIlrPbWxv48fYwNriny_J_VCTQ1dsSVpCcP4HwQwv4PDtkZrH/s1600/IMG_6362.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjRk-nu1YbB4fsMw6d3xglHu_YZNujZTmqdY3mHb4kQNzdL-ZN5qq7suPQ99MnEWm2eyf-5PDT1rE607GQQio1vs-LyUKFIlrPbWxv48fYwNriny_J_VCTQ1dsSVpCcP4HwQwv4PDtkZrH/s400/IMG_6362.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
To make the candle I bought a toothpick package with colorful toothpicks. I picked out a bunch of yellow toothpicks. I cut the yellow toothpicks in half. Then put the yellow pointy end in to the Styrofoam. Paint the piece of the toothpick showing with white paint.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzCrPcGn0CDEFTd4oEf0aXRgADNsWYUXZ-sjXRcK9n1xgtF5fN7Qn8RX3kvYG8PJwvMUcYrsMQF5oQYg_onn-_pt_z1VNUZsYE2y3fK9bbFHoX52lTyyk82h-_a6FNg91dnlC3vY3Wsvaz/s1600/IMG_6374.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzCrPcGn0CDEFTd4oEf0aXRgADNsWYUXZ-sjXRcK9n1xgtF5fN7Qn8RX3kvYG8PJwvMUcYrsMQF5oQYg_onn-_pt_z1VNUZsYE2y3fK9bbFHoX52lTyyk82h-_a6FNg91dnlC3vY3Wsvaz/s400/IMG_6374.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Form the evergreen wire into a wreath and hot glue the wreath onto Saint Lucy's head. Then take the toothpick candle and apply a little glue on the end and adhere four toothpicks around the wreath.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi11YgSFdO49eeR3mnzLLXeAFFiXEVw7R6JQuDP0WNO1mMmGkmjUBAbnr5Xs-EdWNrGRdxf6gcx1JYkxEF6avGLmSLaVpa0OEOydXVbnWKWyr_FT_cexSPCWOB0iLpH3tJZ1R3E85FXUe-l/s1600/IMG_6370.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi11YgSFdO49eeR3mnzLLXeAFFiXEVw7R6JQuDP0WNO1mMmGkmjUBAbnr5Xs-EdWNrGRdxf6gcx1JYkxEF6avGLmSLaVpa0OEOydXVbnWKWyr_FT_cexSPCWOB0iLpH3tJZ1R3E85FXUe-l/s320/IMG_6370.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
I found this wired evergreen/pine at Hobby Lobby.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIs6zMPT5TEXBcAlo7S2LOkcnawXFsU7XTc8gb9613quZK5AKlvDhV3l8I386ga6_9LjAyW6HEP-IBusndoulOkrePwYY3saKwHyugqqlOt4PtvxaXL_xnndYizq6KmNt_ws9eplQTxthX/s1600/IMG_6375.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIs6zMPT5TEXBcAlo7S2LOkcnawXFsU7XTc8gb9613quZK5AKlvDhV3l8I386ga6_9LjAyW6HEP-IBusndoulOkrePwYY3saKwHyugqqlOt4PtvxaXL_xnndYizq6KmNt_ws9eplQTxthX/s400/IMG_6375.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
If you can't find the wired pine in a pinch some green pipe cleaner tinsel like would also look awesome.<br />
<br />
There is a lot of legend surrounding Saint Lucy, but one thing is clear she believed in God and declared her beliefs.<br />
<br />
She was tortured and killed under Christian persecution. <br />
<br />
She is the patron saint of the blind and those with eye trouble.<br />
<br />
Saint Lucy pray for us!<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
On the twelfth day of Christmas my True Love gave to me 12 Drummers Drumming! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvRbB1HKJnYhlAPliDRROTQaisNX7S9SUiEGeossfdChrbyV9pOJJKrYVy3TciwaGlKBKJ6rV_ONTFfRpXwz9UVLyuuD9ORCm-ZM7cMq0wsWB_jSIwbFRekRfryiPS2Gw48nov7PAFLSpx/s1600/IMG_6303.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1600" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvRbB1HKJnYhlAPliDRROTQaisNX7S9SUiEGeossfdChrbyV9pOJJKrYVy3TciwaGlKBKJ6rV_ONTFfRpXwz9UVLyuuD9ORCm-ZM7cMq0wsWB_jSIwbFRekRfryiPS2Gw48nov7PAFLSpx/s400/IMG_6303.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I was struggling with the last few days of Christmas. I had originally thought I was going to sew felt drums. But I wanted to finish the project so I went with the sticker and letters on a wooden rectangle piece of wood.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipCyZutnU-7odHm-Kg-0V-FG9C8xt7S_wQ7gCjKkJPxaFxqnROxgFBOU4kMY_qMlWp2KMo985QDOy39hSyuvh-mt2lw6xQxlWxX7e2RMHE38o-4zAa11-QapLiu3E2cvM6GKKZpPi6aYVA/s1600/IMG_6296.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1280" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipCyZutnU-7odHm-Kg-0V-FG9C8xt7S_wQ7gCjKkJPxaFxqnROxgFBOU4kMY_qMlWp2KMo985QDOy39hSyuvh-mt2lw6xQxlWxX7e2RMHE38o-4zAa11-QapLiu3E2cvM6GKKZpPi6aYVA/s400/IMG_6296.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The first thing I did was paint both sides of wooden rectangles with white paint. And I added a number 12 sticker. I always paint and glue gun on large pieces of cardboard.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5PU3GGXt1gfCVWJjruoDUugUTSrEGBe_DgpvixFH-OsAN86OSESWw6aB4HYeOX8dCxTzF3KYuys0LHnKkk5NIqcRdGFxSUn33KEiYBEpSeMdT04ltu-tLJ-H44WjFAQ2pbULdQAZ0bxFL/s1600/IMG_6297.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1280" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5PU3GGXt1gfCVWJjruoDUugUTSrEGBe_DgpvixFH-OsAN86OSESWw6aB4HYeOX8dCxTzF3KYuys0LHnKkk5NIqcRdGFxSUn33KEiYBEpSeMdT04ltu-tLJ-H44WjFAQ2pbULdQAZ0bxFL/s400/IMG_6297.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I found these music stickers at Hobby Lobby and used them for the drums and pipers.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTEbb2VKaAQhiN-9SJvH0ZuRkDiVOLXI_1CE0o5uK8eBx_LVRoQInzDpH7l-k0gaKm2cZ-bPCBlbu7cpDpwHXfn1k5v1_mrOldvHVNkjx8dYFvotLqclT7XeBRPjWd_8Mr4fqHwG0VM4fv/s1600/IMG_6298.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTEbb2VKaAQhiN-9SJvH0ZuRkDiVOLXI_1CE0o5uK8eBx_LVRoQInzDpH7l-k0gaKm2cZ-bPCBlbu7cpDpwHXfn1k5v1_mrOldvHVNkjx8dYFvotLqclT7XeBRPjWd_8Mr4fqHwG0VM4fv/s320/IMG_6298.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I glue gunned the letters "drumming" and added the drum stickers.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWAPh4RhB1Mo2z_OQSDcLRhLaSGSzZBt_J4sp4_EcrWGKK1O3BT2LX7fjpsmahH4mlEA7SZC4qCNb-UFSqJdJPVqgPap2IK6QA8Ht-ikUfjz82NvQ-cNH_SAX6KPKw96Owb7pRdIR4bJ9N/s1600/IMG_6299.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWAPh4RhB1Mo2z_OQSDcLRhLaSGSzZBt_J4sp4_EcrWGKK1O3BT2LX7fjpsmahH4mlEA7SZC4qCNb-UFSqJdJPVqgPap2IK6QA8Ht-ikUfjz82NvQ-cNH_SAX6KPKw96Owb7pRdIR4bJ9N/s400/IMG_6299.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
On the backside of the ornament I glued a red ribbon loop.<br />

<br />
<br />
This was one of the easiest ornaments that I made - because I am losing steam - it has been a ton of work to figure out the last few ornaments. I have an idea in mind and then I can not find the items that I need.<br />
<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>oval wooden pieces</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>pink paint</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>paint brush</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>ballet sticker</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>hot pink sharpie pen</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>pink pearl ribbon</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>hot glue gun and glue sticks</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i><br /></i>
<br />
<b>Directions:</b><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiz49OUNV8wY1S_xsy5cokUeMMz9hnFn_H_n2nV_IunFc63XYI9tcXwQjxCKSG1znbL750Tjw0XkM85Arbb8liaZ7q_Ko7ZdZXqzq7-z8uV5NzlG_z1J5qWR0N2HrtD6mD4rM45-zGzsufW/s1600/IMG_6010.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiz49OUNV8wY1S_xsy5cokUeMMz9hnFn_H_n2nV_IunFc63XYI9tcXwQjxCKSG1znbL750Tjw0XkM85Arbb8liaZ7q_Ko7ZdZXqzq7-z8uV5NzlG_z1J5qWR0N2HrtD6mD4rM45-zGzsufW/s400/IMG_6010.jpg" width="266" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Paint the oval pieces pink on both sides. I painted two coats on both sides. They look like huge bandaids.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgyL_FxxDvWEcPWJeBEvvSqdiFLAx9FJbg0Oor-F7XEvRTicNAynAGBGDBMKATyW1P61B1c7_atxIzPMCaBcMCvsPsGM9uarJILiMIsdvqzt3LULGvJSBVz1Au4ssTD-63z2KQ4jGoMOzlS/s1600/IMG_6011.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgyL_FxxDvWEcPWJeBEvvSqdiFLAx9FJbg0Oor-F7XEvRTicNAynAGBGDBMKATyW1P61B1c7_atxIzPMCaBcMCvsPsGM9uarJILiMIsdvqzt3LULGvJSBVz1Au4ssTD-63z2KQ4jGoMOzlS/s400/IMG_6011.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I found some cute ballet stickers at Hobby Lobby.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRUybFjHyABVJZRPuMyGElIGczKtEnB9IX6gqw6uWfXZpa1F2VaiLZX5sCywE5tH__EG3oOulf2LQ4zMs4czIx8fj8eCODH9elLN4Ieti-Wm77MkelzxEo9ADLU6JgWpj0WAfhwSTTEpvY/s1600/IMG_6019.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRUybFjHyABVJZRPuMyGElIGczKtEnB9IX6gqw6uWfXZpa1F2VaiLZX5sCywE5tH__EG3oOulf2LQ4zMs4czIx8fj8eCODH9elLN4Ieti-Wm77MkelzxEo9ADLU6JgWpj0WAfhwSTTEpvY/s400/IMG_6019.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<br />
Put a ballet sticker on each pink oval.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEghdvlblg9Y-YKWg4-vzoNJ2awtZof6_6LjMwqLrUtNK_eFr_J6lnxz1WjQp9k-11KrSLqo-Hwqu3NejRgLh8Jg5mudqY1Scp6mJ5dqB_z66E1MTDE7qdDfBZsapLoSEOYNJFdjDhLtB5wN/s1600/IMG_6022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEghdvlblg9Y-YKWg4-vzoNJ2awtZof6_6LjMwqLrUtNK_eFr_J6lnxz1WjQp9k-11KrSLqo-Hwqu3NejRgLh8Jg5mudqY1Scp6mJ5dqB_z66E1MTDE7qdDfBZsapLoSEOYNJFdjDhLtB5wN/s400/IMG_6022.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<br />
I added a number 9 sticker and using a hot pink sharpie I wrote "ladies dancing."<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWByc4BqNbBWzQMv37SYD6h0KVNCb2sQ7ENmxt46DuihUY7beXkO7TdkFAscb6-8fbX1I2jMMJIRZ1dycaW2woFadQAHbdfIb5_CEPhY9MRounDYFtKjVia4KTaavY9DNIqMxsy4084CnC/s1600/IMG_6043.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWByc4BqNbBWzQMv37SYD6h0KVNCb2sQ7ENmxt46DuihUY7beXkO7TdkFAscb6-8fbX1I2jMMJIRZ1dycaW2woFadQAHbdfIb5_CEPhY9MRounDYFtKjVia4KTaavY9DNIqMxsy4084CnC/s400/IMG_6043.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Heat up the hot glue gun and glue a pink pearl ribbon loop on the back. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I think this ornament came out super cute and it was one of the simplest one that I have made so far!</div>

<br />
<b>Supply List:</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<i>round piece of wood</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>white paint</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>paint brush</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>blue felt</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
